The website you could say was overdue: it’s been three years, and every site these days seems to change every time you pay a visit. So we thought why not. But the key reason why now is that we’ve been busy:
Launching the world’s first Web 2.0 library to aggregate and freely distribute the best human capital management articles – HubCap
Publishing the Human Capital Handbook ebook series – four editions in 2011, with four more planned for 2012
Setting up the UK’s first HRD only network – launched Dec 2011 and already with over 30 HRD’s signed up for 2012’s season of events
Researching and – just – publishing our first significant whitepaper of the year: Human Capital Risks: Rehumanising the Firm
All these things needed their own breathing space alongside our existing bread and butter services like audits and consulting.
Why a new logo? We liked the old one –

It just didn’t fit the new site. A few years ago, HCM was all about narrowing in and defining individual (and then group employee potential). Now, it’s more about translating that transformational potential into measurable business growth –

We hope you like our new way of visualising what we do.
