Michael is the Founder of Human Potential Accounting and creator and former Executive Chairman of international EAP ICAS (now AXA-ICAS). Dr Reddy is a Chartered Clinical and Occupational Psychologist, an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society and a Fellow of the RSA.

Lindsay Soulsby, Director

Lindsay is responsible for the operational running of HPA and its sister company, People Resolutions. She has a broad range of skills including HR, sales and marketing, having worked within the Retail and Investment Banking sector, and has a significant amount of commercial knowledge. Lindsay develops and manages key customer relationships for HPA and People Resolutions clients.

Frankie Close, Business Development Manager

Frankie is qualified in both Clinical and Business Psychology. She has over ten years of client-facing experience in both financial services and HR Consulting. Frankie is passionate about Human Capital Management, and specialises in People Risks, HR Strategy, and Employee Wellbeing. Most recently she has worked for Ceridian UK, in their Employee Assistance Programme, 'LifeWorks'.

Stuart heads up the Human Potential Accounting research department and has been supporting clients for many years. With a specialised interest in using Web 2.0 tools, Stuart has created a range of online tools to help develop new ideas and shape business intelligence.  Stuart has developed a highly respected network of HC enthusiasts and is regularly quoted online for his views and opinions within this field.

Helen Klarich, Case Manager and Audit Expert

Helen began her career in HR before moving into Occupational Psychology. She is a highly skilled Case Manager and also specialises in developing employee surveys and assessments. Her particular areas of interest include employee engagement and organisational culture.

Jo Jokiel, PA to Michael Reddy, and Marketing, Communications and Research Support

Jo is a former Administration Team Leader for AXA ICAS, in the Specialist Services CRISIScall Department, supporting clinicians with immediate and long term incidents and cases. She manages Michael's diary, assists with marketing, communications and research, and brings her excellent organisational skills to the wider organisation.
