HPA is hosting a human capital breakfast briefing on Wed 10th February near Tower Hill, London, with two morning sessions to choose from (8:45am and 11.00am start). Our human capital experts, including HPA’s Founder and Chairman, Dr Michael Reddy, will be facilitating two-way exchange around key themes throughout the morning, with three workstreams to choose from:

• Diagnostics - 
Measuring both sides of the human asset coin
• Value Creation - Predictively identifying how the development and management of people impacts on the bottom line, hosted by Laurie Bassi of McBassi & Company
• Conflict Assessment & Resolution - How and when to use mediation and investigations in an organisation

10.45am and 1.00pm - Questions and closing remarks, followed by finger buffet lunch for the later morning group
