  1. 2nd of December - Speaking engagement at the University of Kent Psychology Society- The presentation will cover how different aspects of Occuptional Psychology can be applied within the workplace.
  2. 8th of December- HCM Benchmarking Webinar. Human Potential Accounting will be hosting a webinar featuring Laurie Bassi from Mcbassi & Company. This session is intended to give delegates, who were invited to complete the free benchmarking survey by mcbassi, anonymous general feedback on their survey results and a full confidential report.
  3. 27th of January - “The double sided asset coin” Afternoon Seminar. The seminar discusses and reflects on both sides of the human asset coin, those aspects of HRM policy and practice which add value to the business; and those aspects of human behaviour that represent a risk and financial cost. Dr Laurie Bassi and Dr Michael Reddy will be presenting two distinct audit frameworks dealing with Human Capital Management and Behavioural risk with questions to follow.

 

Previous Events

  1. 27th of October 2008- ‘Accounting for People’ Breakfast Briefing. Accounting for People marked the formal launch of Human Potential Accounting. The seminar introduced HPA’s Partners: Linda Hoskinson, chairing the day, and Laurie Bassi. Between them they reflected both sides of the asset coin, in those aspects of HRM policy and practice which add value to the business; and in those aspects of human behaviour that represent a risk and financial cost.
